贮藏条件为10 mM TrI HCl（pH 7.5）；50 mM氯化钾；0.1 mM EDTA；200μg/ml牛血清白蛋白。存储在-20°C。

5倍以上的酶切后，结扎95%以上的DN**段可以结扎并重新缝合。

在65°C孵育1μgλDNA和20μA酶16小时后，检测到非特异性Hyrasists无非特异性的活性。
