METAFECTENE ®PRO(专业级)是针对新标准的哺乳动物细胞转染的最新一代转染试剂。它成分新颖，结合了Biontex的“RMA"技术和新型毒性优化模块。
优点： 改善毒理学（专利毒性优化技术）转染到每个细胞的高表达率大量用户的报告综合库尤其适用于杆状病毒质粒的转染 METAFECTENE PRO是针对新标准的哺乳动物细胞转染的最新一代转染试剂。采用结合专利毒性优化（TOP）技术，Biontex成功地在显著提高RMA功能促进DNA释放进入细胞的效率的同时最小化了对细胞的毒性。除了能加强细胞的转染效率之外，METAFECTENE PRO的另一主要特点是潜在提高每个细胞的基因表达。 TOP技术最小化毒性是现代转染试剂达到最高效率和广泛应用的首要前提条件。 TOP技术的基本准则是以通过模拟自然结构原件加强生物降解能力、保证显著提高细胞耐受性为目标。另外，它的物理化学修饰会降低脂质复合体的稳定性从而促进DNA在细胞质的释放。
